Assurance Care Services, Inc. is a unique organization that is dedicated to caring for people. We are committed to meeting the needs of our clients and employees. It is our vision to assist and train individuals who are physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and medically challenged.
We are committed to helping each client to reach their full potential, by asking the individual what it is that they desire and then develop a personalized plan to meet that individuals needs and wants.
It is our goal that all clients receive quality service in a supported, individualized, comprehensive and efficient manner. It is our goal that the services we provide will be appropriate to an individual’s needs.

Companion
Care
Emotional support and socialization, also companions may help older adults with a variety of tasks.
Supervised Independent Living (SIL)
We provide skills training, caregivers, and other support services to enable consumers with developmental disabilities to live independently in the community

Personal Care
Hands-on services that assist a person with critical day-to-day activities that they are unable to perform on their own.
Pay For Care
We offer many options for individuals that would need to pay for care. We accept most Long term care insurance, VA benefits programs, medicare and/or individual payments.
PROGRAMS
This service provides supervision and Assistance for people with disabilities to live independently in the community.
The agency will provide needed services that include family support, crisis support, center-based respite, family training, diapers, home or bathroom modifications, general adaptations and vehicle lifts.
Early Periodic Screening Diagnostic & Treatment (EPSDT)
The services are for individuals who are physically unable to care for themselves due to physical limitations.

The program provides assistance with activities of daily living to qualified medicaid recipients. Personal care services are those services that provide assistance with activities instrumental to daily living.
The Community Choices Waiver (CCW) serves seniors and persons with adult onset disabilities as an alternative to nursing facility care.
Residential Options Waiver (ROW)
A home and community based services waiver, is to assist beneficiaries in leading healthy, independent, and productive lives to the fullest extent possible and to promote full exercise of their rights as citizens of Louisiana.
